2.- Packaging of the goods
Items must be sent in a sealed package, in perfect condition and packaged separately to avoid rubbing or other damage and if possible in their original packaging with the warranty sticker in its original place. The procedures will be carried out more smoothly if items are accompanied by a copy of the invoice.
3.- Shipping method
Items must be sent postage paid. Packages returned against payment of freight costs will be refused.
4.- Payment refund
Once we receive your package at our warehouse, it will take us a few days to check your return and process it. Once controlled and approved, we will proceed to reverse the charge to the same card with which you made the payment. In these requirements are not met, the merchandise will be returned to the sender.

Products that feature a seal must be returned with the seal untouched and still in place.
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
